ClearDesk The short version
ClearDesk IQ keeps your business records on your own computer. We do not receive them. This website has no advertising, no analytics and no tracking cookies.
Your records in the app
- Customers, estimates, jobs, invoices, expenses, employee hours and photos are saved on your computer.
- There is no ClearDesk IQ account and no cloud copy held by us.
- If you connect an office computer and laptops, records travel between your own computers on your local network. Pair only computers you trust.
- Backups are files you save where you choose. Protect them like any business file.
- The help search runs on your computer, and searches stay there.
- A troubleshooting report is created only when you ask for it, and is shared only if you send it.
Buying the app
ClearDesk IQ is bought and installed through the Microsoft Store. Microsoft handles the payment and your Microsoft account under its own privacy statement. We do not receive your card details.
This website
- No analytics scripts, advertising scripts, tracking pixels or third-party fonts.
- The calculators run in your browser. Nothing you type is stored or sent.
- Our web host may keep standard server logs, such as IP address, page requested and time, to run and protect the site.
If you write to us, we use your message and email address only to answer you. Please do not send passwords, backups or customer lists.
Children
ClearDesk IQ is business software and is not directed to children.
