ClearDesk Home / Who it's for
Do you quote work, track crew hours and need to know the profit?
ClearDesk IQ is available now for contractors and trades. A Restaurant Edition for small restaurants is coming soon.
Contractors and trades
The current edition speaks your language: estimates and bids, jobs, subcontractors, change orders, progress invoices, retainage and crew hours. If you run a small trade business, from a one-person shop to a crew of ten, it fits the way you already work.
- General contractors
- Remodelers
- Painters
- Electricians
- Plumbers
- HVAC
- Roofers
- Handymen
- Carpenters
- Landscapers
- Flooring
- Concrete
Does your small business run on quotes, hours and money?
Most small businesses run on the same four things. If yours does, ClearDesk IQ can run it today. Some screens use contractor words, such as job or subcontractor.
Quotes
Price a piece of work from your costs, add overhead and a target margin, and send a clean PDF quote.
Hours
Record staff hours with regular and overtime rates. Approved hours become labor cost on the work they belong to.
Money
Invoices and payments, expenses with receipts, money owed by age, and a 13-week cash plan.
Profit
See profit and margin for each piece of work, and let Profit review flag what is slipping.
