ClearDesk IQ is a one-time purchase from the Microsoft Store. The purchase, download, installation and license are handled by Microsoft under the Microsoft Store terms and the license terms shown on the Store page.
What the software is
ClearDesk IQ is a business management system for small businesses. It is not accounting software, and it does not provide tax, legal, payroll or accounting advice. You are responsible for the numbers you use on a quote, an invoice, a payroll or a tax return. Check them, and talk to a qualified professional where you need one.
Your records
Your records are saved on your own computer. Keep regular backups in a safe place. We cannot recover records that were never backed up or that were deleted from your computer.

Screens, examples and the sample company on this site and in the app use fictional names and numbers.
The free calculators
The calculators on this site give estimates from the numbers you enter. They are provided as they are, without any promise about a particular result.
