Is it for you?
Yes, if you run a small business on a Windows 10 (version 2004 or later) or Windows 11 PC or laptop, 64-bit. Not for Mac, phones, tablets or Windows on ARM. There is no web version.

How do I install it?
Open the Store page
Click Get it on the Microsoft Store. The Microsoft Store app opens on your PC.
Buy and install
Sign in with your Microsoft account, buy ClearDesk IQ for $79.99, and click Install.
Open it
Start ClearDesk IQ from the Start menu. The welcome screen offers a quick tour.
Set up your company
Add your company details, then a customer and an estimate. Or open the sample company to practice first.
Day one

Practice on fictional jobs, estimates and invoices before you enter real data.
A welcome tour
The welcome screen offers a quick tour, and the Getting started screen has the sample company and the import.
An import from Excel or CSV
Bring in your customer list or price list. Each import can be undone.
Coming from a spreadsheet?
Use Tools, then Getting started, then Import a list to bring in your customer list or price list from Excel or CSV.
Office and laptops
Install on each computer. On a laptop, choose to join the office when it is found on your network, and approve it on the office computer.
Moving to a new PC
Click Backup on the old PC. On the new PC, install from the Store with the same Microsoft account, then use Restore backup.
Only install ClearDesk IQ from the Microsoft Store. If Windows shows a "Windows protected your PC" warning, the file did not come from the Store. What to do.
