Steps
- Check the computer's current date if overdue status is unexpected.
- An unpaid balance becomes overdue after the due date. An invoice due today has zero overdue days.
- A due date cannot precede the invoice date; a received-payment date cannot precede its invoice date.
- An expense's paid date must be on or after its expense date. Cash activity uses the paid date when the expense is marked paid.
- Use the original correct business dates. Supported record dates run from 1900 through 2200.
