How to search this help center and narrow the answer

Search checks titles, keywords and the full instructions, checks and troubleshooting text—not just article names.

Steps

  1. Start with one meaningful word such as invoice, hours, storage or firewall. Matching words are highlighted.
  2. Add a detail such as invoice tax, edit paid time or same network. When guides match every word, only those full matches appear first in the results list.
  3. If no guide matches all words, the page labels the closest partial matches. A nonsense query produces a clear no-results message instead of a guessed fix.
  4. Select All categories if a filter hides results. Open a guide for steps and related help. Search stays on this device and also works in START-HERE-SUPPORT.html.
  5. Try the words actually on your screen: missing join button, office not listening, six digits, edit paid time, or monthly totals. A partial match is a suggestion, not a diagnosis.

Check that it worked

The results become more specific as you add useful words and you can see the matching passage before opening a guide.

Still stuck?

If no result fits, shorten the search to two or three important words. Use Report an unresolved application problem and include the exact screen message; do not send company records or connection codes.
