Do I need a key to activate ClearDesk IQ?

No. Your Microsoft Store purchase is your license. There is nothing to type in.

Steps

  1. ClearDesk IQ is licensed through your Microsoft Store purchase. There is no key or code to enter.
  2. Open Company & settings. The License panel shows "Licensed through your Microsoft Store purchase."
  3. Does your copy ask for a key? Then it was not installed from the Microsoft Store. Click Backup (top right), install ClearDesk IQ from the Microsoft Store, then use Reports & exports → Restore backup.
  4. To install on another PC, sign in to the Microsoft Store with the same Microsoft account.

Check that it worked

Company & settings → License shows "Licensed through your Microsoft Store purchase."

Still stuck after these steps? Open ClearDesk IQ in the Microsoft Store, choose Publisher support, and include the help code shown on screen (for example CSC-APP-001).
