Can I use it on a Mac, iPad or phone?

ClearDesk IQ is built for 64-bit Windows 10 and 11 computers only. It has been tested on Windows 11; Windows 10 has not been tested yet.

Steps

  1. Use a 64-bit Windows 11 laptop or desktop (Windows 10 is expected to work but has not been tested yet).
  2. A Mac can run it only through Windows software such as Parallels; this is not officially supported.
  3. Phones and Chromebooks are not supported.

Check that it worked

The program is installed on a Windows computer.

Still stuck after these steps? Open ClearDesk IQ in the Microsoft Store, choose Publisher support, and include the help code shown on screen (for example CSC-APP-001).
