Steps
- Enter numbers without currency symbols or thousands separators. Use a decimal point, for example 1250.50.
- Money fields accept at most two decimal places. Quantity and supported percentage calculations allow up to four; some visible forms use two-place percentage steps.
- Target margin must be below 100%. Most cost, invoice and payment amounts must be nonnegative; opening cash may be negative.
- Use a real calendar date and make sure due dates and payment dates do not precede their related invoice date.
- For a precision or amount-limit message, split or correct an oversized input. The program rejects values outside its supported limits instead of showing an approximate financial result.
